BatMUD Forums > Guilds.templar > congregation of the unstun
When cast by a templar in combat, congregation will no longer "spread" unstun
to targets unless they are (a) stunned, or (b) their unstun has fallen off.
Cast out of combat, it will still spread to all possible targets as before.
This change is to keep healers from wasting valuable sps on already protected
party members.
