Just before the anaesthesia was about to be performed, the patient asks the
nurse: 'Why has the doctor just run out of the room?' To which the nurse
replies: 'He has forgotten what operation we are performing, appendix removal
or colon surgery. Don't worry, he'll throw a coin. Heads was appendix, i
think.'
