there were people who never sold their eq accidentally, they allways chested,
they never got their gear raided because they had guards, they never lost it
in crashes, they never lost any due mcdemons either, thieves didn't manage to
steal their gear, neither did desting or disintegrating monsters destroy their
earthly possessions...
they belonged to a mystic race called... smart people..
