we are not talking about 'good tune' here really, we are talking about them
horses beeing utterly useless as offtanks, no matter what eq,boons weps you
wield. And since throw weight was tuned, and you would actually get benefits
from investing millions and millions of exp into the skill, it seems to bug
somewhat i a fwe races actually do less dam when skill is maxed.

I've been around for a number of years muself and true, things often get tuned
from top-notch to sheit, and that hardly benefits diversity. But I guess they
still do decent deftanks, despite lacking feet/legs slot and oh, 78% exprate
seesm adequate atm
