Well as someone suggested that its more fun to see some eternal lead race than
just simple mortal could rebirthed exps count after yer gained same amount of
new exp. Something like each exp elder gets he gets 1 exp counting towards
leadership untill all rebirthed exps used and eternal woulda get 3.
