I'd like to see another ability implemented for newbie helpers. They should be
able to 'newbie-ban' people from newbie channel for 5-10 mins at a time. Too
often newbies (and certain midbies) generate too much spam on the channel on
totally unrelated topics. With this 'newbie-ban' a person's messages meant to
go on newbie channel would get automatically transferred to chat channel. Of
course abuse would be punishable, etc.
