Just a quick thought...here in the good ole' US of A we have a system for
killing rarer animals that is based off a lottery. People who wish to kill a
certain mob send their name in to the State Fish and Wildlife and every year
for Bear season or Swan season a lotto is held to see who gets tickets...This
may create a more interesting eq scenario as players who win the lotto would
be forced to play with other lotto winners, not necesarrily (sp?) players of
their choice...there's alot of sarcasm in this post so please dont take it to
heart to long.
