For those highbies who have seen it all, fourth rebirth would be forced at
certain amount of experience in 3rd birth. Then following two options would be
presented to the player:
1) Permanent, irreversible removal of the character and deletion of the
character's name from all equipment which have it.
2) Character/playerfile moved to HCBat (perhaps with manual moving of
equipment)
