So ok, we can't see the 'bustling activity' or whatever that supposedly takes
place in several seemingly empty rooms in batcity. But there's an explanation
to this.
The supposed buying and selling is done by little people, peasants nobody
gives a fuck about. Also the stuff they sell is crap nobody would want to buy.
Thus, it's just mercy towards us players that they're faded to the background
to avoid spam.
It's actually sort of like in the real world. Walk the streets of any city of
some size, they're bustling with activity but you'll find yourself ignoring
the lot of them, because you don't give a rat's ass who they are and what they
could sell.
