Info: Conquer is now a valar, invited by Shinarae.
For the record, Conquer was invited 5 times, and pointed out that the old
helpfile (help races) did not mention any expiration. He accepted a re-invite
in leiu of task points.

Check your logs -- the last time he was invited was about a month ago.
