Channellers transfering over 100% was a "bug". Nonetheless the guild is crap
at this moment and allowing them to transfer 110% again would lift them back
up, atleast to some degree.
Also, +dam divide on limbs was not a centaur tune, it was a "bug" fix. Thus,
no races need altering.
