I think the current bug,idea,typo system is great, especially with the
tracking thing that goes hand in hand with them.
I also feel the need of some encouragement from the admins, to actually make
people report more features and bugs, and unbalanced things, as it seems lots
of people are aware of small things, but they don't feel the urge to enlighten
you about it, because they see no personal gain. The general idea of things
around here lately seem to go in the lines of 'abuse it as long as its
possible, for my very own gain'.
Personally I dont even want to adress some tune-issues with anyone at all, as
I've seen stuff like 3 tp award for unlimited money features. And at best I
get few highbies annoyed whan i point at out-of-tune things.
No, you dont have to check my bug report history, I usually adressed problems
via tells whenever the urge actually strikes.
It took me 8 years to figure out what wizard not to report to, because that
one was a cheap-ass and gave me 1 tp for major problem, while another gave me
10 task points for a typo or three. Either way, i feel that this is a problem,
and i thought i'd share it with you!

I've reported lots of stuff via idea/typo/bug and so far been happy with any
rewards, though I haven't reported infinite money or such major abuses (too
lazy to look for them
).
But, I feel like the bug system assignee stuff should be different, as many of
the bug reports go to idling/non-exisisting wizzez and especially the ones
going to Ncity, are not looked by anyone, they are more or less left there to
float.
Unless of course you get lucky, and some active wiz like Favorit, Shardik or
Dino sees the report when you submit it (I believe new bugs are shown to all
wizzes when submitted) in and assigns it to someone active.
OK, that turned into ramble, but I guess bs is good for that. It still might
caught an eye of wiz

Some wizzes go through open bugreports, not looking to whom it is assigned to,
and me personally, I tend to look through Ncity/City/Unassigned bugreports.
Unfortunately the flow of them is rather high, and not every wiz finds it fun
to dig in the code trying to see if the bug reported is really a bug or not,
and if it is - fix it. Though, I may assure you, we're doing our best to fix
them to keep your playing experience at a high level (geez, what a bunch of ad
crap)
