also harms soloing hybrids more or less (LoC more, tiger less) but has
absolutely no effect on backrow, because they dont give a flying shit wether
their deftank hits 20 or 10 point with that shield.
But as we all know nomad soloing is ebul and fucks balance in every aspect so
it must be downtuned.
