Well, I seem to recall psis used to wield psiblades and go out and fight chaos
and stuff.

That would be WotC(D&D)/GURPS psionic's you are talking there (Mind
Blade/Psychic Weapon Master/Psionic Knight/Yggdrasil's Honored (Claws of the
Beast)) but yes, psi's usualy have way to some how manifest their mental
strentgh/power to a kinetic/physical shape that are usualy used as a
protection or as a weapon.
It would be uterly cool to be able to do that kind of stuff as a psi but that
would prolly be too much asked as that would _totaly_ make them the most über
ninja super l33t blast.. ..err ..tank.
