Any chance that the half stats for female centaurs will ever be changed?
I know it's petty, but I don't like playing male characters
and that's the only thing that keeps me from trying centaur
for race for a reinc.

If you don't like playing male characters then you must enjoy some "role
playing" type aspect of the game. And if that is the case, then you are not
a min-maxer and you shouldn't mind the half stats.
Why can't there be female centaurs? Are the centaurs some kinda hermafrodites?
I mean, if they're all male they're pretty much doomed to extinction? Right?

Well I do not know why there cannot be female centaurs. I actually wasn't
even aware that female centaurs on batmud were penalized at all. But my
original point still stands, which is for whatever reason a female centaur on
batmud gets half stats (heh well according to the post, I didn't verify that
it is true). So it is really simple to avoid the half stats, don't be female.

But even still, it isn't that there cannot be female centaurs. Bat allows
female centaurs, it just seems to have chosen to penalize them.

The duty of female centaurs is to prepare meals for their adventuring
husbands and produce offspring. The life of adventure is left for the
brutish males in the centaur society. Sexual liberation and feminism
hasn't quite reached them yet.

Of course the funniest thing was when Culran reinced to centaur and joined
monks as a female... Then had to idle for weeks with half stats until he could
reinc again :)
