Could be that I'm wrong, but to me it would seem that the event per se is
suffeli. That, if correct, would lead to the conclusion that the helpers
chosen for the event have gained their position through merit, and it's a
reward of sorts.
Thus, if you have not been chosen, you have not been a good enough helper, as
judged by the one who gets to decide. The original post of course did not
actually state the nature of the event to be reward, but seems so to me.
r entering any place of value coded after 2002 or so.
So just chill, and take comfort in the knowledge that this event might
actually benefit a newbie or two by accident.

Any tp's I might win during the course of this event will go to the newbies
who are on my team. This is an event about newbies not about helpers
'handling' newbies.
