No. Awards are just that, awards. If the coder of award wants
to give something for completing, that's that coder's decision.
Training points are (and will be) only given for levelquests and
areaquests.
If at all possible, could you please elaborate what kind of amount we are
talking about, in terms of training points? (Particularly how much less you
get points per level, if you don't have quest. Assuming I understood how this
works.)
