Yes, great idea. Punish those who did the quests back when
you didn't get anything for them, besides the satisfaction
of learning and being able to finish them, and reward those,
who didn't bother with them before, and only are interested
because they gain something. Yes yes, I can see this happening
within the next few centuries.
