Well you need to regen some, i just did that shrine search, took be about 2h
active playing and some regen time, i had no hiking and one ww item. If that
quest is really totally undoable for you just dont do it. It is not mandatory
or anything, sheesh. Imo if you cant do something that easy you could go try a
different game with nice flowers and stuff.
