BatMUD Forums are now readable and writable by guests in full, so the force
registration has been removed there.

The benefits of being registered are the same as before, all the feats the
board offers (history, profile etc) and then the tools which recognize you and
lets you customize stuff (less of them, but it seems that reinc saving alone
is enough for many).
