As Ooga has demonstrated, with a bit of hyperbole perhaps, is that this is a
pretty damn arbitrary ruling. At worst, KBHing like that was in ambigious
gray area, though I'd place it in the clever, but legal category.

To punish for it with no warning is uncalled for.

To say it's illegal in the future, no problem, just be clear about what
exactly makes it illegal. Don't set a wishy washy precedant that can be
interpreted 20 different ways.
