<not a lawyer>The issue of copyrights with regards to computer generated works
seems to be a fairly complicated one. Ten minutes searching google reveals
that what is considered important is the nature of the work. A poem written by
a script I might make might be considered protected. A list or other such
remaking of factual information would probably not be. That is to say, it must
be reasonably considered an art work to be protected. Therefore I see no legal
quandary in reposting the map. Any remaining issue had with such would be
entirely based on how a player felt about Tumi.</not a lawyer>

I am most angry about the loss of the message boards, which were served on
bat.org, I think used Yabb, and contained content the vast majority of which
was not written by Tumi. I don't know much about this situation, though I
don't think he'd have done what he did without being seriously torqued off by
an arch or higher, but I think that the removal of the message boards was
truly a dick move.
