Plastic surgery doesn't use flesh for human. I think I've said enough.
Actually, it depends. For example, after serious burns you'll get fresh flesh
to the most damaged parts but it's all torn from your own body so no extra
material is needed. You'll just get a big scar to some less visible place.
But true, the plastic surgery as beauty enhancment rarely uses flesh/skin.
Mostly it's just removing sub-dermal tissue (fat).
