Call me simple, but what is the obvious reason. I do not see the connection...
You wear wearing a full set of armour, and are invis, a mosquito can't see
you, how can he find the few parts of exposed flesh to bite so regularly?
Since most of my body is covered in steel, I know a mosquito can't simply suck
blood through it, and if he can't see where my flesh is minutely exposed, he
should be banging into my armor and dying and not doing -20hps every 3
seconds. Invis should prevent or at least hinder mosquitos biting.
Mosquitoes primarily detect their victims by scent, not vision. It's possible
that if you have a solid metal armour worn, it would be pretty troublesome for
mosquitoes to bite through it. If you are using a ringmail, then probably the
case would be different. On the other hand, we could make the players burrow
down inside the depths of swamp if wearing heavy metal armours...

also, mobs should take damage if they are in swamps, why is Tenji immune to
mosquito? And if I'm invis it would probably scare the mosquitos away with the
disconnect between their senses

I just got the brilliant idea. If you are in swamp and invisible. Everybody who
has good vision should see you because you are passed by mosquitoes!
