I have to agree with Qurp, even if I am a noob and whatnot. I would hate to
see batmud develop into another wow. There even the weeds flourish. Having
been thoroughly sickened by "the community" (at least on Ravencrest), I found
it refreshing to return to bat, where people have some backbone. It should
also be pointed out that the imms here are downright professional and helpful
compared to so many GMs on wow, and they don't even get paid (as far as I
know).
All that said, improving accessibility and playability is good, and doesn't
necessarily have to "water down" the game.
That's my two cents. Thanks wizzes, you're doing a great job.
