Nice one. I've seen it before but sadly it's too bad to work in case the
caller has any skills :)
At least I had one similar customer and he completely failed to follow the
line of questions and when I noticed he didn't have the slightest intention to
listen to what I've got to say I managed to piss him off pretty bad :D
