Lvl 100 titan (or lvl 100 with enough exp for rebirth 3) = highbie
All non-rebirthed folks under level 90 = newbie
Others = midbie

Just my personal definition.

Oh yeah, and all characters created this millennium are newbies, if they have
lots of exp, they are expnewbies! :D

No, this is not an official standard and I am not aware whether there is such
thing.
