It would be rather nice, if on the change of day something like "Day changed
to 20 Apr 2008" would be printed to each channel's _lastlog_ (it'd be rather
annoying, if we suddenly got spammed by the same message on all the channels
we sit on, after all).
Having the day change information would be very useful on those quieter
channels, as it is often hard to deduce when exactly something has been said
-- e.g. was it today, yesterday, or last week?
I don't know if the channel timestamps are localized, but if they are, that
complicates the code .. in any case, this might be a nice short snack of
coding exercize for some bored wizard.
