I just ate a corpse of a sparrow, hare and an adult skunk totaling in about
70kg of food.
I did not get satiated.
On the other hand, I can go to city bakery, eat 3 cakes and I will be
satiated.
Problem obvious.

As a Hobbit I have great sympathy for this problem. Unfortunately,
if you want to stay healthy, the only solution is to resist the
urge to eat cakes, even if you still feel hungry. Perhaps you can
find some nice fruit or some other healthy alternative that will
satisfy you. Good Luck.

PS. It is also unwise to use smoking to suppress appetite.

Actually digesting raw meat takes almost as much energy as it gives.

quick google gives:
Raw foods contain the naturally available enzymes
Raw foods are on the other hand easier to digest because they contain the
natural enzymes. Heating destroys these enzymes. However, it's uncertain if
these enzymes survive the stomach acid.

raw foods, like apples and mushrooms? but yeah, I have to take my comment back
since I cannot find source for my claim. All I remember it was some survival
stuff where I learned this.
