Trolls can count to infinite numbers, they just use a base 3 system.
1 = one
2 = two
3 = many
4 = onetyone
5 = onetytwo
6 = onetymany
7 = twotyone
8 = twotytwo
9 = twotymany
10 = manytyone
etc
