Monolith of souls, or soul stone, as it is also known, has found its way back
from the bottom of the sea, from the old continent.

Find the monolith of souls and tell me (Heidel) the name of the closest area,
and a short description what for the monolith is used. Reward: you get to pick
a new place for the monolith, on the overworld map. I will even award a few
task points to the winner. The placement comes with certain conditions, to be
declared later.

The only hint: it is somewhere in Desolathya.
