Imho, batmud should steal every good fucking idea from Wow. And it should
steal every good idea from eq...and from other muds...and from other board
games etc etc. Good ideas are good ideas. They will prolly bring players,
they will prolly make the game better, more fun etc. Don't be so obessed with
creating some "cultural bat distinction" that you prevent this game from
evolving and getting better.
Bat will never have the mass appeal of wow and the graphic moorpgs. But if
you continue to advertise, continue to evolve the game forward, and continue
to support the community, it will never become irrelevant.
