A wand to be worn on their horn. What on earth have you taken, and can I have
some too?
Seriously speaking, the minotaurs do feel a little left out with their
inability to wear anything on their head, maybe they could use a special item
or so, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

that), maybe make it trainable via a skill giving kind of a extra weapon
ability without other penalties than losing the headslot. Maybe something like
that would generate enough interest. Personally I believe many other less
popular races could benefit from special "traits", losing something but also
gaining something.
