You already have the option to ignore the person, that does exactly the same
as your "party gag <player> all".

If someones triggers are annoying you, ask them to disable them, it would be
the sensible thing to do instead of gagging their all other messages aswell.
As a leader, nothing really satisfies me more than not to listen to any of my
party members. Still, I love to see them sendin me tells commenting on my
excellent leadership skills. Therefore this command would enable me to run my
newbie parties much like Kim Jong Il runs his loveboat.

Just type 'party say off' and all is well.
