Umm, not to sound rude or anything, but a lot of other stories/games/whatnot
describe the shamans as fighters. Just try the warhammer lore with their
goblins and whatnot. A lot of the stories describe the shamans that can cast
curses on their enemies, though they seldomly do engage in direct hand-to-hand
combat.

Once I found a Troll Shaman in area called Dahbec.
It kicked the shit out of Jokke with sheer fighting skills.
No curses or anything like that was used.
Poor old Jokke..
