Hey I think lower lvl mages should get a slight 1-2 min upgrade to their prot
times. Personally I think its just basically impossible to do a fun eq party
against even a reasonably decent eq mob if your prots are lasting only like
9mins.
Dont think this would be a too much upgrade...would just make non-booned
non-eqed players more able to reinc to mage to make proper eqs for themselves.

prots I said it was impossible to do a FUN eq party. Noob mages still blast
for shit damage but now at least 60% of the party isnt sitting around typing
cast aoa at shithead1, cast aoa at shithead2, etc.
