What if newbie X wants to lead a group to kill low-end mob Y with a real
newbie party? Noone in the group is above level 30 and noone has leadership?
Even if this probably never happens, I don't think we should rob them of the
opportunity.
Amazingly I have a solution to this! (Or, actually, common bat method)!!!
Newbies should be able to form 18man parties!!! The leadership-thing should
only apply after lvl45, anyone below that could make party consisting of
whatever they please! 1x100 party? NO PROBLEM! YOU'RE A NEWBIE AND IT'S OK!!!
To encourage their success, newbies who are partying in such a party should
also get better success ratio to their skills (spells already work), gain
100pr automatically and have an actual BUTTON that just destroys the monster
if it doesn't bode well!!!

Lets talk about Ents.

I think they should spontaneously blow up after making 500k exp. Also them
stomping out fires is just BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Smash: Barso's should be required to have at least 1 ent per 2 barso's in the
party and must hang upside down on one of the Ents limbs to get back to their
roots. If no ent is present in the party, then the Barso is not allowed to
party join. Would bring back the beleaguered Ent Population to a healthly
number
