Hi everybody, I am Shardik and I am pretty awesome. I was the top mortal when
I played and it took me just two weeks from immorting to archwizard. During
those two weeks I introduced a number of fundamental features into BatMUD such
as monsters, battle, channels and the hot potatoes event. Yes, BatMUD was
pretty damn boring before me, we had a bunch of guys sitting in one room
arguing about the upcoming Nixon/Kennedy election. The guys are still there
(the room's somewhere in the adventurer's guild, I wouldn't recommend it), but
for the new players the game has been more rewarding. All thanks to me! I am
also dashingly handsome and my wit cuts like a razor. My level equals my IQ.
My level is 200. That's higher than the most of you and it signifies how much
I am better than you. Note that 200 is the maximum score, above that it's just
decoration. This is not a linear scale of awesomeness, this is base-thousand
logarithmic.

My favorite color is purple and no, it isn't gay at all. Purple's cool. Like
Prince's Purple Rain (the motion picture) where he rides the wicked custom
Honda. Don't you just love his hair?? They made a sequel, did you know that?
