I'd am just fine with things be as they are. Next time try something else, if
this didnt work. I've always loved the noticion of negative votes. Main reason
behing this is that in the municipal and other political polls in Finland
certain candidates have not been able to deal with their personal and
political issues. This would enable us to put forth votes of concern, and
perhaps not have certain candidates. Then again this might create absurd
elections of dislike, since I have no knowledge of the total effects.
