I scheduled a trip to finland for an anniversary party that was on apr 14. I
was supposed to be back home in edmonton as of today, however given the
natural disaster that is iceland, I am unable to make it back in time for
finals. The airlines just opened today after a 5 day no air traffic ban over
all of europe and the first flight out of finland is on apr 28. I will be
unable to be present for all of my final exams. Who should I be talking to
about getting a deferral? Also, I am taking continuing education classes
during the night, and they have midterms the same week as my daytime classes,
do I talk to a different person about that?
