Could it be possible to create npc players that healers or blaster could hire.
One that chains clw to self and unstun randomly and other that could deal
small dmg that druid/nuntarmas could use. I seems silly that most players tend
not to want play backrow members, because it leads into a endless road of
coming into game asking for party idling and making them go numb.

That would be just what I have always craved for! A definite +1. In my
previous tarmalen reinc 2003 I sent out an ideas-wanted post asking for an
offtank dispenser in Batcity - just next to the whorehouse. Too bad, my
previous reinc ended up being less successful and I reinced back to an offtank
pretty soon, but that is another story.
Actually I am not even 100% certain that my original post was ever sent. In
fact, some said that I must had passed out with my forehead hitting the "cast
curse of tarmalen at $*" key repeatedly as - according to my logs - at 05.25am
some higbie had banished me into the ocean after trying to tell me how
potentially dangerous I might seem from the newbie point of view with my
offensive attitude. Actually, not all the details of the previous are clear,
but for some reason the offtank dispenser was never implemented.

sort of 'trying to get a party' pain. If this describes your experience
reincing to a 'backrow' reinc, then why not focus on trying to schedule your
parties or actually sending tells to people (who unidle) to see if they need
'another healer/blaster/whatever'. build up yer network and you won't find
yourself having problems.
Besides, plenty of newbie tarmas and mages around, go ask for them. The more
you spam for mages/tarms on wanted, the more people will be inclined to be
them. no?
I guess knowing how to lead a few areas to fill up an hour's worth of exping
helps a lot too... make your own party.
