I managed to stumble upon this very intriguing document.
As I understood correctly its the history of Retromud written by the admins
and stuff that happened "behind the scenes".
Its bit long and most stuff has happened years and years ago but I found it
most interesting... some of you oldbies might even recognize or have good
guesses about people there involved.
