THE MOTION HAS BEEN FILIBUSTERED BY THE MYSTERIOUS SCAR, WHO OBJECTS
TO THE BILL ON CONSTITUTIONAL GROUNDS. **SCAR** AND **MUFASA**
CONDUCT AN EMERGENCY SUMMIT ATOP A DUSTY CLIFF EDGE AS **RAFIKI**,
MUFASA'S LOVABLE GRAND ADVISER, LOOKS ON. A CANYON RUNS BELOW.


MUFASA
Brother, we must take action. We can no longer ignore the hyena threat. Not
only have they occupied the elephant's graveyard, they have also lodged a
motion with the High African Council to challenge the legal right of the lion
kingdom to hunt antelope in the low plains.

SCAR
