Your soul might be torn in two, your mind could be in turmoil. You ask
yourself 'Should I keep on running or stop to look what is behind?'.
Behind you find the past, that will guide you to a better tomorrow. Learn from
your mistakes, but what ever you do, do not regret the
times behind. Look forward and see that there is still roads to follow and
paths to tread.

Which will you choose; the drug that drowns you or the light to follow
forward? Deep inside you know it is time to let go and move beyond
the addiction ruining you. Learn to enjoy the things that seemed all so in
vain before. Build yourself up, tear yourself down only to build
yourself up again for a better tomorrow. Tomorrow is the day that never comes.
You should do the things you need to do today because the now
is really the only time you will ever have. It is the the time that scretches
beyond eternity.

Do this all for yourself, because if you do not find peace within yourself you
will never grow. Be good to yourself to be able to be good to
others. What ever you do, do not give up. Do not be a slave to yourself. The
harmony is hard to find, but do not be afraid of mistakes. That
way you will grow to motivate yourself. To move forward, not forgetting the
past, to learn from it.
Embrace the challenges, climb higher, fight on. Look deep inside, ask yourself
'Who do I want to be? Where do I want to be? Why do I want to
be?'. Look in the mirror; do you see yourself as a shadow of the past or a
shining knight of the future?

Remember, a choice you make is never wrong; it might just be a side track you
take. Always learn to return to the path of building yourself up.
