In all areas there are locked doors, hidden passages and such that seem
to serve no purpose.. lead nowhere. This guild focuses on unearthing secrets
and peeling back the layers of reality to unveil hidden truths.
These mages are not as their hyper aggressive brethern.. focusing more on
exploring and discovering powerful forgotten magics rather than combat based
spells. There spells are derived from temporal and shadow magics.. a muddied
derivation of death magic.

These mages explore areas hidden within the areas around batmud.
Through spells like shadow-sight ; which allows mages to see things in
certain areas that others can't see. A hidden outline of a doorway, a
riddle etched into a wall, or drops of ethereal blood leading to something.
Temporal magics that give them the ability to reach into the past and find
keys to doors long since lost. Or to shift to a time earlier where a creature
has already been killed.
I got the idea by running across shin items seeded in areas and thought
that might be a good basis for a whole guild. Possibly these seekers have
to find some hidden area .. where a being exists who trains those in the
mysteries etc. that they seek.
Could possibly have spells like shadow walking.. finding strange connections
between areas to bridge space.. or time walking that lets you reappear to
somewhere you used to be.
Puzzles and such. seeking and searching.. you get the idea.
