If you want to judge the efficiency of a backrow reinc from a purely damage
standpoint.. you need to calculate the damage per spell point per round.
if a mage casts a spell at 170sp, and does 750 damage with a 4 round casting
time, you can get 1.09 E. (multiply by 99% to take into account spell failure
rate)

A priest, can cast habo at 225 sp for 850 damage, over 6 rounds. for 0.9444.
but priests have 10% fail to touch rate, and the same 1% fail rate, so *.89..
giving a final E of 0.84.

There are other considerations of course.. boons, mage staff giving cer, power
reagents lowering spell cost even further, extra dam from essences and on the
priest side, not staying in combat long enough to cast habo before killing
cloud kills most of party, not being able to actually do damage if your damage
is greater than 50% of mobs hps (mostly affects soloing)

This post is pointless, but feel free to measure your E.. and tell Darol about
it. He doesn't think the Ewige Number will catch on.

Just saying, you should've named it the Darol Number.
