Please leave tuning to people who have a set goal on what to achieve, a plan
to get there and who are informed enough on the state of the game for them to
make sense, extra bonus for the ability to learn from past mistakes. There is
no point to bring in a tune that was already proven to not work (powerhour)
and then increase levelcosts. Hopefully this new wave of Duketunes (tm) will
be removed as soon as possible.
