*IF* the reason i've wasted 3 trips to the circus to do a quest that's once a
boot is because people who have the quest already are doing the task for an
item or exp or whatever, then they're all jerks.
*IF* its because people who don't have the quest are racing there to do it
after boot, then it still sucks, but i guess i'll have to stay up late.
