Why dont we make this crimson guild thing simple. If you lead, your skill
Leadership will dictate your chance of keeping party formation together. For 8
members skill Discipline dictates, will they keep their place. This means
tank-types lead as they have skill for it. Some caster guilds could get some
Discipline to have a chance, low percent though.
