Hey all,
While I personally think its hilarious the way ducks were modified I am
concerned it is setting a poor precedent.

I\'m not a duck and never been a duck but I played an Ent for a bit. Giving a
race annoying features is not a good strategy for balance. The reason is
thus:
Fun = good
Annoying = not fun = not good

If you want to keep the stats (wis/sp regen/size etc) the way they are and
balance the races other ways you should look at positives. Do things like:
1. Give the thrikhreen an increase chance of critically hitting with spells
2. Give elves a change to have a cure spell cost no sps
3. Make drow never get bitten by spider servants
4. Give smaller tanks a lower ep use for the big skills
5. etc, etc

That way when someone goes to pick a race they can say things like,
\"well ducks have good stats and can fly but I like the elven ability to
get some free healing so that\'s the way I\'m going\" instead of
\"the seasonal ticks and stamping out fires really annoys me when I\'m
playing an ent so I\'m going centaur\".
